Refund Policy:

No Refunds – After the purchase is complete, there are no refunds provided. All payments
must be made according to the payment schedule.

Monthly payment plan policy:
If you are on a monthly payment plan, you are required to complete all of your monthly
payments. Failure to complete your monthly payments may result in denied access to your
content and coaching.

Declined payment policy:
As a client, you are required to complete all of your payments. You have 5 business days
from the date of the payment decline to bring your account into good standing. Failure to
do so may result in denied access to your content and coaching.

Hours Of Operation:
HEADSTRONG offers the following hours of operation: Tuesday through Friday, 9:00 a.m.
ET to 1:00 p.m. ET. During regular business hours, all client communication will be
responded to within 1 business day or sooner. This includes responses inside social
platforms and text.
Selected programs are offered with a PEACE OF MIND Guarantee. The PEACE OF MIND Guarantee offers a limited refund only when all the criteria below have been met. In all other cases, refunds are not provided and all payments must be made according to the payment schedule.

Eligibility for the PEACE OF MIND Guarantee
Participants are eligible for a full refund of the program fee if they decide to withdraw from the program within the first 10 days of the program start date.

To qualify for a full refund, participants must have completed at least 30% of the course material. This ensures that participants have given the program a fair chance and have engaged with the content to a significant extent.

Completion of 30% of the course material is defined by the following criteria (whichever is applicable):

● Completion of 30% of the digital content modules or lessons, and
● Attendance in at least 25% of the live sessions (if any) scheduled up to that point, and
● Submission of any assignments or exercises that constitute up to 25% of the
program’s coursework.

Process for Requesting a Refund Notification: To initiate a refund request, participants must email
josiah@josiahpritchard.com within the 10 -day eligibility period. The email should include

the participant’s full name, program enrollment date, and a brief explanation of the reason for the request.

Review: Upon receiving a refund request, our team will review the participant’s engagement with the program to verify that at least 30% of the course material has been completed.

Response: Participants will receive a response to their refund request within 7 business days of submission. If the request is approved, further instructions for processing the refund will be provided.

Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 14 business days from request approval. Please note that processing times may vary depending on the financial institution.

Exceptions & Clarifications

Refund requests submitted after the 10-day period will not be eligible for a full refund, regardless of the completion status of the program material. All payments must be made according to the payment schedule.

Participants who have accessed or completed more than 25% of the program content are considered to have benefited from the program and are not eligible for a full refund.

Special circumstances or dissatisfaction beyond the scope of the program’s content and delivery will be considered on a case-by-case basis. We encourage participants to reach out to our support team for resolution.
